Since the age of 12, I have yet to earn $100 that I do not appreciate. From babysitting, custodial engineering, food & beverage, events, and marketing, my career has traversed across the United States and abroad. I hope to be creatively honest, yet provocative in my approach that inspires an insatiable desire to learn more about me.

Director, Client Strategy

As Director of Client Strategy I lead digital marketing strategy and innovation for Seychelle Media’s clients. Gathering, defining, and further clarifying insights that drive creative solutions and elevate the marketing strategy. Marketing Manager

I have been a Marketing Manager for the online graduate degree programs with University of Florida, Pepperdine, University of San Francisco, Portland State, Marylhurst, and Vermont Law  School; project and relationship manager to internals and external partners; build and execute marketing strategy and content for email, referral, social media, creative, outreach, print, and mail through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification; develop budget forecasting, lead generation, infographics, landing pages, webinars, competitive set, and assist with SEO optimization, internet ads, portals, and social calendars; continuously improved by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social, lead, and pacing metrics, insights, and best practices; collaborate with other departments (student support, recruitment, creative services, partnerships, paid search, media,  research, etc.) to manage content and academic partner relationships; manage database cultivation marketing, landing pages, lead form optimization, and web assets to generate leads through the pipeline.

Creative inc. is an in-house idea agency for The Walt Disney Company. We contribute to the creative environment both physical and digital for our peers. Creative inc. has trained over 2,000 Cast Members around the world in a creativity workshop called, ToyBox. Produced and assisted strategic innovation projects for Disney teams as 'creative ideation consultants’ and ‘cultural change agents’ to design engaging, collaborative forums that capture unlikely connections and produce new ideas; Worked with key leaders across Theme Parks and Resorts Marketing on high-priority, multi-million dollar projects; Facilitated sessions with Disney’s Innovation Toy Box and other lateral thinking tools, to help partners digest consumer insights and to break down current business challenges; Managed all production logistics for domestic and international projects including coordination of budgets, vendors, travel, and expenses; Managed back end of internal creative site.

Greeted and assisted Guest's needs from dietary restraints to guest recovery in 6 languages; acted as a communication hub for guest's inquiries about the rest of the park; used my extensive knowledge about Disney to contribute or facilitate a guest's experience; was flexible in a team-orientated and multi-tasking environment from reservations to dining; supported restaurant staff before and after each meal as needed; used a narrated spiel to deliver dining and event information to the guests while using improv to answer sudden and unexpected questions.
